Our vision is simple - at IHC, we believe in integrity above all else. By using an integrative plan for healing, our services are designed for the individual needs of our patients. We serve those who are looking for a trusted source for the entire family's primary natural health care needs.

At IHC we are all unified in approaching your health care. By providing a combination of conventional medicine with 'results based' natural medicine, we seek to solve the root of the problem. Many of our patients have exhausted conventional health care resources – we offer hope and solutions.

IHC was designed to uphold our belief that a medical office should feel warm, friendly, and relaxing. Our patients feel at home with the knotty alder hardwood doors, indirect lighting, and soft, rounded edges. We have gone through great lengths to avoid the cold, impersonal feel of the common medical office. Patients are welcomed to our comfortable reception room and offered fresh fruit, hot tea, and cold, refreshing water.

Medical Philosophy 'Integrative Approach'
We believe in treating each person for optimum health by applying the following principles:

First Do No Harm	Above all else, medical intervention must not cause harm. Relying on natural medicine avoids serious side effects. We eliminate or reduce to a minimum prescription medications.
Treat The Cause	Symptoms are a sign that something is wrong. By finding their cause, we can fix the symptom and the problem.
Healing Power of Nature	Living things have the ability to repair themselves. We strive to understand and work with this process.
Prevention	More than 75% of us die from preventable disease. An integrative approach lets us identify early risks in lifestyle or genes and prevent disease.
Education	The origin of the word 'doctor' means to teach. By explaining the origins of symptoms and providing lifestyle education, we encourage our patients to play an active role in their health.

Our doctors take time to listen and be thorough. Please allow 30-60 minutes for initial visits and 15-30 minutes for follow-up appointments. We see a number of patients who live out of state or abroad. For your convenience some visits can be conducted via teleconference. Please call (480) 657-0003 to schedule an appointment.

Reimbursement
Although we do not process insurance claims in the office, we assist you in helping to make a claim to your insurance company. In order to keep costs low for our patients, our office policy requires the patient pay for services rendered at the time of service. The patient is then given all the necessary information (medical diagnostic codes, laboratory codes, etc.) with which to file a claim with his/her insurance company. In Arizona, out of pocket medical expenses are deductible from your state taxes. Additionally, testing is usually billed directly to insurance
