Dangers of Low Testosterone

More and more people know how much better men feel with healthy testosterone.  Many don’t yet realize it can be a matter of life or death.  Studies have shown that men with the lowest levels of testosterone die the earliest.

When it is lower than 250 mg/ml there are higher rates of death from heart disease, diabetes and other causes.

A recent study took this further and showed that men with low testosterone who were given testosterone, did not die as early.

The differences were pretty dramatic.  The rate of death reduced by roughly 50% in just a few years.  This was more benefit that people get from lowering cholesterol or lowering blood pressure.

For men, the following symptoms can point to low testosterone.

  • Fatigue
  • Poor exercise recovery
  • Low sex drive
  • Lack of enthusiasm
  • Mid-body weight gain
If you have these, get your testosterone levels measured.  Treating it can help you feel better and it might save your life.
