The main types of stress are dietary, mental, and physical. Regardless of your score, the Adrenal Reset Diet will reduce the level of stress from your diet. If you are ‘Stressed,’ your body is still vital but mental stress is affecting your health and weight. At the level of ‘Wired and Tired,’ stress is now acting on you physically and managing physical stressors becomes more imperative. For those who are ‘Crashed,’ substantial rest and recovery is needed.
