Rinse the chicken things and plece them into an 8 x 8-inch or 7 x 11-inch baking dish. In a separate bowl, whik together the ingredients for the marinade. Pour marinade over chicken. Marinate for 30 minutes or cover pan and place in the refrigerator to marinate for up to 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Pour off excess marinade from pan. Place pan in the oven and bake chicken for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with veggies of your choice and brown rice for a complete meal.
