Your TSH Should be:

  • First Trimester TSH 0.1 – 1.9 IU/mL

  • Second Trimester TSH 0.2 – 2.0 IU/mL

  • Third Trimester TSH 0.3 – 2.0 IU/mL

During pregnancy, there are conflicting forces that can alter thyroid levels.
