Lisa with Chocolate Shake

A great shake for the morning, afternoon, or in the evening. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened flax milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ banana
  • ⅓ cup gluten-free old fashioned oats
  • 2 scoops Dr. Christianson’s Adrenal Reset Shake
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth (30 seconds or so).
  3. Enjoy!
