This is almost always the result of the timing between the last dose of thyroid medicine and when your blood levels were drawn.
If you draw blood after taking your thyroid medication, there is a window of time in which T3 levels are being absorbed and their blood levels look higher.
This does not mean that you are getting too much. The correct timing is to have your blood drawn right BEFORE taking your morning dose of thyroid medication.
Consider changing the timing accordingly and retesting when your doctor suggests you do so.
