Great Job!

You’ve ordered your own lab tests and now your results are in. Kudos to you for taking charge of your health and for wanting to have data on your side! What should you do next?

If you do a web search regarding your lab results, you’ll quickly learn that they mean different things based on your personal health and on your other lab results.

Most people who order lab tests find themselves wondering:

  • Do these results mean I have a medical condition like thyroid disease or diabetes?
  • Can I use natural treatments instead of medications?
  • What are the root causes of my symptoms?
  • Is there a special diet I should be on?
  • Based on my labs, are some supplements helpful?
